We are presently seeking dynamic and committed individuals to join our team for the following opening: Job Description: Residential House Parent Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents Engage residents in recreational and social activities Document and maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents Qualifications: Experience: Experience working with youth in a residential setting: 1 year (Required) Experience working with adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges. Knowledge of systems and procedures related to residential care Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic first aid procedures Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills: Working with Adolescents Effective Communication Home Care and Cleanliness First Aid & Basic Medical Meal Preparation Education: Associate (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, All Weekend Shifts with$2.00 shift differential pay Expected Hours 32 – 40 per week, 10 hour or 8 hour shift Shift Availability 1st shift (weekends only), 2nd & 3rd shifts. Shift availability: Night Shift (Required), Day Shift (Preferred). Weekend Shifts Required.
