Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Schedule: 8hrs Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Requirements:
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Homecare Homebase Software Experience
- OASIS Experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting
- 2+ years of Home health experience
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Current driver's license
- Reliable transportation and insurance Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence.
- Assess home health and hospice patients to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
- Implement, develop, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families regarding care, diet, medications, and home safety.
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to support staff to ensure quality services.
- Provide effective communication and serve as a liaison to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
