Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable and proactive Sr Executive Coordinator / Project Coordinator to support the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) at our corporate headquarters in San Rafael. This role is a critical partner to the CSO, combining high-level executive support with coordination of key scientific, operational, and cross-functional initiatives.The ideal candidate operates as a trusted extension of the CSO, anticipating needs, driving organization and prioritization, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities and strategic priorities.
