Metal Finisher – 1st Shift

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:15 AM–2:00 PM

Kimco Staffing is hiring a Metal Finisher for a growing manufacturing team in Huntington Beach. This position helps create high-quality products by preparing, finishing, and inspecting metal parts.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is looking for a long-term opportunity.

• Metal Prep: Sandblast, clean, and prep parts for finishing.

• Polishing & Buffing: Use tools to polish, buff, and satin metal surfaces.

• Chemical Finishing: Apply finishes through plating, burnishing, or electro-stripping.

• Quality Checks: Inspect parts to ensure top-quality results.

• Inventory Tracking: Use barcodes and simple computer systems to log work.

• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a safe work environment in a hands-on setting.

• 6+ months of metal finishing or similar hands-on experience preferred ; open to training the right person.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Great attention to detail and strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work on your feet.

• Comfortable working around noise, dust, and chemicals. PPE is provided.

• 1st Shift Hours: Off work by 2:00 PM every day.

• Full-Time + Steady Hours: Monday through Friday, no weekends.
