Salary Range $25.00 - $37.00 Hourly Job Shift 1st Shift

Description

Job Description (Operations, Machines, etc.):

• Read and understand process instructions.
• Set up and run thread roll machines including Reed, Waterbury, Hartford, in both automatic and hand-fed configurations.
• Perform visual and manual inspection, using inspection equipment such as microscope, comparator, micrometer, tri-rolls, and various gauges.
• Analyze and accurately interpret blueprints, customer drawings and industry specifications required.
• Attention to detail with ability to think and act analytically and use mathematics to meet job requirements.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Effective team member, willing to work and communicate with all levels of the business.
• Excellent attendance record, including punctuality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Thread Roll experience preferred, Aerospace fastener Industry experience a plus
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift/ carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of shift.
• Ability to work overtime if needed, including weekends if needed.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
