What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care for approximately 18-20 patients daily.
• Manage treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy.
• Conduct inpatient consults as needed, though primarily outpatient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MD, NP, LPN, and CNA/CMA staff.
• Document patient encounters accurately in Epic.
• Follow clinic policies for clock-in/out, lunch, and call-in procedures.
• Maintain professionalism with proper attire and use of cell phones when necessary.
• Adapt to a growing program, demonstrating flexibility and excellent communication skills.

What You Need

• NY medical license
• Minimum 5 years of Hematology/Oncology clinical experience
• Board Eligible or Certified
• Proficient with Epic EMR system and AI charting tools
• Strong patient management and team collaboration skills
• Reliable in meeting clinic policies and protocols
