In this on-site role, you’ll lead daily floor activities, support product demonstrations, and guide team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll handle scheduling, coach staff, maintain visual and operational standards, and ensure efficient, accurate POS transactions. Ideal candidates bring prior retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for teamwork in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.
