Pay & Hours Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour Shift Premium: Lead Differential $2.00 per hour, Shift Differential $1.50 per hour Schedule: A Shift Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00am - 6:00pm Warehouse Equipment Products Being Handled: Beverages Equipment: Sit Down Forklift Benefits Pay each week On the job paid training Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K starting at 30 days Paid Time Off 401K company match High valued stock at 15% employee discount Employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, and travel Safety gear provided Safety is the first priority State of the art equipment and caring leadership Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred One year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred One year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred Knowledge and experience with an RF scanner advanced required Valid forklift operator's license certified Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective leadership skills Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills Proactive approach to responsibilities Maintains composure under pressure Uses health and safety methods Bilingual (For Québec locations only) Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of operations. Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team logistics. Inspire and guide team members towards improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles. Assist in providing appropriate orientation for employees and give them necessary tools and technology. Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
