Revenue Cycle Management Specialist A Revenue Cycle Management Specialist I can work in all facets of the revenue cycle department. This role is focused on claims processing, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring proper collection is made on account within best practice timeframes. Problem solving skills are required as the specialist must be able to use various tools, analyze the situation, research data, and resolve and/or formulate a decision. Submit accurate charges to payors. Reconciliation Reconcile arrived patients against billed charges to ensure accuracy. Reconciled assigned locations by End of Month Address any discrepancies promptly. Clearing House Rejections Work on clearing house rejections and resubmit claims to payors. Ensure timely resolution of rejections to maintain cash flow. Provider Support Provide support to healthcare providers regarding billing and coding issues. Foster an environment of continuous learning and development for providers. Collaboration With RCM Team Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Team to address billing concerns. Ensure all contract discrepancies are resolved promptly.
