Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the night shift maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimal production downtime.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement strategies to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance technicians to support skill development and team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts usage, and equipment history.
• Assist with planning and execution of equipment upgrades, installations, and shutdown projects.
• Ensure proper inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work night shift hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary or hourly wage, depending on experience. $80,000-$100,000 yearly DOE.
