Customer Advocacy Manager

To enhance customer engagement, the full-time remote Customer Advocacy Manager will manage a program that highlights customer success stories, oversees an annual awards program, and collaborates with Sales and Product Marketing to identify and showcase compelling customer narratives. Key responsibilities Own and grow a curated group of elite customer advocates, managing daily engagement and recognition opportunities Run the annual customer awards program, including nominations, judging, and recognition of advocates' impact Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and interview customers with compelling stories for market influence Required qualifications 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in customer marketing or advocacy roles Proven ability to independently manage a program with limited oversight Strong interviewing skills to draw out and shape customer narratives Experience managing external vendors for content production Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Virtual Vocations Inc
