Corporate Associate
IDEX Consulting
A leading law firm in New York is seeking a Corporate Associate, class years 2022-2024, to join its corporate group. The successful candidate will have experience in securities and capital markets, including public and private offerings, public company representation, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic and strong academic credentials. Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm is preferred but not required. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Corporate Partners and Senior Associates on a broad range of sophisticated transactions, providing substantial hands-on experience and opportunities for professional development. The corporate group advises institutional and entrepreneurial clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, with a particular focus on middle-market businesses. Its transactional practice encompasses private placements, public securities offerings, domestic and international M&A, complex joint ventures and other corporate matters across industries including media and entertainment, technology, financial services and pharmaceuticals.Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
