Weekend Supervisor LPN/RN

Job Summary:

Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Supervisor LPN/RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation and care facility on weekends, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities:

Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of our nursing staff, including LPNs, RNs, and other team members, to ensure seamless provision of patient care on weekends.
Quality Care: Ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care, advocating for their needs and providing guidance to our staff as needed.
Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant environment, adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulations.
Communication: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other departments, to ensure effective patient care and communication.
Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff as needed, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
