Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to calls and emails from clients regarding pickup and delivery requests
• Dispatch delivery assignments to drivers efficiently and accurately
• Monitor and track the status of deliveries to ensure timely completion
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and drivers
• Utilize Microsoft Office software for scheduling and record-keeping
• Occasionally drive a company vehicle to complete deliveries as needed
• Adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a time-sensitive environment

Qualifications

• Polite and professional phone presence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time constraints
• Comfortable driving in various weather conditions
• Eligible to drive a company vehicle
• Availability for night shifts and occasional driving assignments
