A medical facility located near Wichita, Kansas is seeking full-time, permanent Director of Quality to join their team!

The Director of Quality Job Description:

• Full-time, direct hire position
  
• Mon-Fri schedule, business hours

• The Director of Quality will lead the strategic direction and oversight of the organization’s Quality, Infection Prevention & Control, Regulatory Compliance, and Case Management programs. This position will be instrumental in driving patient safety initiatives, enhancing organizational performance, and ensuring regulatory excellence through close collaboration with executive leadership, medical staff, and the governing board. Leads the organization’s Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and ensures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Responsible for both strategic planning and day-to-day operational leadership, including staffing, departmental performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
  

The Director of Quality Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have active RN License
  
• Master's degree in Nursing or comparable field is required
  
• Must have at least 3 years of hospital leadership experience
  
• Must have previous Quality experience
