Responsibilities include acting as a liaison with funding organizations, supporting financial reporting and audits, managing billing for funding sources, and contributing to financial analysis for strategic decisions and transparency. What You'll Actually Do: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP Manage relationships with funding sources, including budget coordination, billing, and audit prep Collaborate with international teams to meet deadlines and deliver accurate reports Generate invoices for sponsorships and memberships Manage accounts receivable, reconcile monthly, monitor aging, and follow up on outstanding balances To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Internal auditing experience (highly preferred) Experience with foreign currency Strong communication skills Time management and ability to prioritize Teamwork and collaboration skills Proactive process improvement mindset Ability to travel for Board meetings Where and How Much: Target Compensation: $90K - $100K DOE Hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday in Downtown Denver, 8-hour days with flexible start/end times During training, 4 days/week in the office Benefits include low-cost Medical, Dental, & Vision plans, paid parking, merit increases, PTO, sick leave, and 401k with 3% match after 90 days Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Advertising Services and International Trade and Development Referrals double your chances of interview at J2T Financial Recruiting. #J-18808-Ljbffr J2T Financial Recruiting
