What You'll Actually Do: Assist with Month-End Close: Drive standard month‑end close procedures, post critical transactions, and handle precise accruals. Manage Fixed Assets & Capitalization: Maintain the fixed asset ledger, process monthly bank reconciliations, and double‑check capitalization thresholds. Oversee Inventory Accounting: Keep the manufacturing and equipment sales pipeline accurate by managing inventory accounting across the US operation. Corporate Oversight: Act as an elevated layer of review by coding and approving higher‑level corporate expense reports. System Integration: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and advanced Excel to pull data, reconcile balances, and build clarity. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need: Strong Core Accounting Foundation: Proven experience handling full‑cycle month‑end close, transaction posting, accruals, and fixed assets. Inventory Experience: Comfort navigating inventory accounting within a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly preferred. ERP & Excel Fluency: Solid hands‑on experience utilizing ERP systems—ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central—combined with sharp Excel skills. Analytical Mindset: Exposure to or an eye for variance analysis is a major plus.
