Senior Revenue Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to support the Senior Manager of Revenue Reporting. This role involves overseeing affiliate reporting and payments, assisting the Accounts Receivable Team with invoicing for National and Local clients, credit checks, journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit requests. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Generate affiliate reports for internal and external distribution.
  
  
• Administer affiliate payables.
  
  
• Prepare daily invoices.
  
  
• Complete journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end reports.
  
  
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate reporting.
  
  
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and enhanced reporting.
  
  
• Provide support to supervisors as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  
  
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
  
  
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a professional office environment.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to maintain the security of confidential information.
  
  

Experience:

• 4+ years of accounting experience
  
  
• Strong understanding of general ledger principles.
