Beckley Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing dealership. If you have dealership parts experience, enjoy helping customers and technicians, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Experience with General Motors parts and the CDK dealership management system is a major advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
- Supply technicians with accurate parts in a timely manner.
- Research and identify correct GM and aftermarket parts.
- Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and special orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
- General Motors parts experience strongly preferred.
- CDK experience is a major advantage.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
