Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Auburn, IN Job Id: 714 # of Openings: 1 PK Companies is a property management company looking for a motivated maintenance technician to join the team! $18.50 per hour Full time: Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401k matching, Paid Time Off and Holidays! Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings Grounds work, maintain all common areas, outside and inside as needed Snow Removal and After hour Emergency Maintenance Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Order and replace broken parts or equipment Maintain a clean and a safe work space Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring repair On‑Call as needed Perform other duties, as assigned Maintenance Technician Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields preferred Familiarity with hand‑held tools and equipment Must have own hand tools Deadline and detail‑oriented Ability to handle physical workload Electrical knowledge or certification helpful Experience working with boiler and cooling towers preferred Customer Service attitude PK Housing is an Equal Opportunity Employer! #J-18808-Ljbffr PK Companies
