What You’ll Be Mixing Up As a bartender at The Surf Shack, you’ll be the heart of our bar, serving up refreshing drinks and memorable experiences for our guests. Your role will include: Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to local favorites. Engaging with guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience. Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked. Following all safety and alcohol service regulations. Collaborating with the team to maintain a fun and professional environment. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with a passion for hospitality and a flair for mixology. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table: At least 1 year of bartending experience - you know your way around a shaker and a bar spoon! Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations.
