Educate Managers and Team Members on Chick-fil-A customer service standards and productivity. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food meets customer expectations. Manage the dining room layout and decor to create a hospitable atmosphere. Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors. Ensure smooth front of house / FOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed. Monitor and manage inventory for FOH and hospitality supplies. Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store. Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management is required. Must have basic computer and iPad competencies. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports.
