Quick Facts Location: Georgetown, DE Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday-Friday, Day Shift Hours per week: 40+ Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certifications: Active medical license in DE or eligible Experience: Required minimum experience specified by client Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (compensation to be discussed at interview) Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (W-2) Paid time off in accordance with law 401(k) retirement plan options CME stipend Licensure, certification, travel, and miscellaneous reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support for your success What You’ll Do Provide inpatient psychiatric care for a diverse patient population Manage an average of 18 patients per day in a 99-bed facility Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with various disorders such as anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, trauma, and substance use disorders Administer pharmacotherapy and manage involuntary commitments as applicable Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including advanced practice providers and psychologists Use Wellsky EMR to document patient care and progress Adhere to facility protocols and treatment standards What You Need Medical license in Delaware or eligible for licensure Proven experience in inpatient psychiatry Familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing quality mental health care About the Assignment Join a reputable inpatient psychiatric unit in historic Georgetown, DE, dedicated to delivering compassionate mental health services.
