We're currently looking for an ambitious and people-focused Event Sales Assistant to join our growing Dallas team. About the Role As an Event Sales Assistant, you'll represent our clients at live events, promotional campaigns, trade shows, and pop-up activations across the Dallas area. You'll engage directly with customers, build genuine relationships, communicate campaign messages, and drive sales, customer acquisition, and brand engagement. Key Responsibilities Represent clients professionally at live events, exhibitions, retail promotions, and community activations Engage with prospective customers through confident, face-to-face conversations Promote products, services, or charitable campaigns while communicating key features and benefits Generate customer interest, answer questions, and guide individuals through the sales or sign-up process Achieve individual and team sales and performance objectives Deliver engaging product or campaign presentations and live demonstrations where applicable Set up, maintain, and present attractive promotional displays and event spaces Build positive customer relationships while creating memorable brand experiences Gather customer feedback and campaign insights to support ongoing improvements Participate in regular sales coaching, product training, and professional development sessions What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for working with people A positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Professional, reliable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments Comfortable working on-site at live events Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or promotions is beneficial but not required—we provide full training.
