About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean to provide strategic leadership and academic management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the school's academic programs, ensuring the highest standards of education and research. The Dean will also be tasked with fostering a diverse and inclusive academic environment, managing faculty and staff, and representing the institution in various external engagements. The ideal candidate for the Dean position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, a strong record of scholarly achievement, and a proven track record in academic administration. Experience in budget management, fundraising, and a clear vision for the future of business education are essential. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, and a commitment to the values and mission of the institution.
