As a Service Appointment Coordinator/Receptionist , you are the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with scheduling service appointments, managing receptionist duties, and handling cashier responsibilities. Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will ensure a positive experience for every customer.


Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers efficiently and accurately.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them upon arrival.
• Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Handle cashier duties including processing payments and balancing cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to optimize workflow.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive service industry preferred
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
