What You’ll Do Build relationships with engineering and manufacturing professionals Source, recruit, and place high-level technical talent Develop consultative sales skills while partnering with Account Managers Learn how to manage a pipeline, hit performance metrics, and grow a book of business Be part of a competitive, team-driven office culture This role is ideal for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Is competitive and motivated by results Wants clear growth opportunities and earning potential Is comfortable making calls and building relationships daily Is excited to work hybrid (3 days/week in office in Troy, MI) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred not required) Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals Experience in cold calling, sales, internships, athletics, or leadership roles is a plus High achievement mindset and ability to outperform goals Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills Why Join Aegis Troy?
