Drive occupancy and revenue growth for a senior living community by managing the sales cycle, developing marketing plans, and building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. Conduct discovery sessions and tours, coordinate move-ins, maintain model rooms, research competitors, and document leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
