Job Title: Social Worker Profession: Social Worker Specialty: Social Work Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 0800-1630 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: LMSW or LCSW Must-Have: - Complete social work assessments - Social work mental health assessments - Title 36 petitions as needed - Discharge planning as needed - Knowledge of homelessness and substance abuse - Social determinants of health consultations - Client child assessments - Reporting for DCS and APS as needed Description: The position requires flexibility to occasionally cover the emergency department. The role covers inpatient and emergency department settings. The workweek guarantees 40 hours with potential weekend shifts every 3-4 weeks, if applicable. No holiday shifts are required. The dress code is business casual. The charting system used is Cerner. BLS certification is not required. The manager for this position is Olivia Casillas. This role involves managing a caseload of 12-16 patients or consultations daily.
