Systems Integration Specialist

We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist to join our team in remotely supporting US based customers. Requirements: Strong knowledge of System Administration and Operating Systems - Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016/ GPO management/ File Share / Citrix/ Enterprise Level Systems infrastructure/ Vmware / MS file and print services. Good working knowledge of ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services)/ PowerShell scripting/ WSUS / Practical knowledge and a large experience of infrastructure services delivery techniques Excellent system problem diagnoses skills on software. Knowledge of Datacenter Operations/ network technologies/ industry standards and audit requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills, troubleshooting skills Job Description: Provide technical expertise for system transitions, migrations and consolidations Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels in standalone and multi-tiered environment Conduct system analysis, configuration management and develops improvements for system software performance, availability and reliability Design, develop, recommend and implement new or revised system software, utilities and automated processes as necessary Provide in-depth diagnosis for operating systems software failures and develops solutions Implementing and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions. Knowledge of industry and business principles Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information. Present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner. Develop skills to analyze ambiguous problems Identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and client service levels Independently determines approach to project.
