By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) · Conduct Citrix upgrades to XenApp 7.15 and installations.· Act as a liaison between technical personnel and end-users.· Troubleshoot and remediate issues with Citrix interaction with network/firewall/storage/ other infrastructure.· Reporting as needed by Project Manager.· Assist with budget justifications and related documentation.Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.· Exceptional communication skills· Strong analytical/problem solving skills· Minimum 5+ years Citrix experience, XenApp 6.x/7.xTravel: 75%+ Travel Required Nice to Have; (But not a must)· Familiarity with healthcare industry, HIPAA complianceThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
