This role ensures accurate tracking of incoming hardware, proper documentation in ACC, and smooth coordination between logistics and finance teams. Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Receiving Receive hardware shipments at the loading dock, verify against purchase orders, and inspect for damages.ACC System Updates Mark received items in the UPS ACC financial system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.Inventory Management Coordinate with warehouse staff to move hardware into storage and update inventory records.Documentation Maintain detailed records of receipts, discrepancies, and resolutions for audit compliance.Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless hardware lifecycle management. Required SkillsACC System Expertise: Deep knowledge of UPS-specific financial system (ACC).Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in shipments and documentation.Communication Skills: Clear reporting and coordination with multiple teams.Basic IT Skills: Familiarity with hardware types and asset tagging. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field (preferred).3–5 years of experience in hardware receiving or logistics operations.Prior experience with UPS ACC financial system is mandatory.
