BSA Specialist Advisor

We are currently looking for a Sunrise Clinical Manager Support Senior Advisor to join our remote team. The opportunitywould allow you to work remotely from your home.Day to Day job Duties: Perform routine build and configuration in SCM and related productsAct as Level 2 technical support for many SCM products. This entails:Collecting information and resolving issuesCoordinating with Help Desk, Customer, and or other Infrastructure teams to resolve issues.Representing Customer on vendor calls from a technical perspectiveOperate alongside the Member Care Team framework, being a key contributor to the overall goals of the team support modelOperates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user departmentServe as internal advisor to other analyst as the lead to resolve advanced and complex support issuesDiscuss and provide workflow solutions and ensure understanding of the system through hands on trainingDocument build specifications, team processes and complex clinic workflowsQA complex builds, Service Update (SU) modifications, and other work ordersMentor, coach, and train less experienced analystsDevelop and share workflow best practicesBuild, design, test and document functionality of new system featuresProvide process improvements within your application or teamProvide support to inpatient clinic staff with the potential need for after-hours/ on-call supportOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications: 4+ years of Healthcare IT experience4+ years' experience in project implementation and/or supportStrong IT, clinical, provider technical Implementation/Support experienceMust have Sunrise Application ExperienceExperience building and supporting Patient Care applicationsStrong Knowledge of Sunrise build toolsStrong leadership skills to be able to lead a support teamEffective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact with customersTravel:This position requires someone available to travel up to 10%.
