The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining high-quality risk and compliance documentation, and enabling smooth communication between business, operational, and project stakeholders.The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage documentation, track action items, and support change management activities across multiple initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesRisk Documentation & GovernancePrepare, maintain, and update risk registers, governance documentation, control evidence, and status reports.Support risk assessment activities by collecting, consolidating, and validating information from stakeholders.Ensure documentation aligns with internal policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements.Track mitigation actions, dependencies, and follow-up items to ensure timely closure.Coordinate preparation materials for governance forums, steering committees, and risk reviews.Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a coordination point between business teams, project managers, operational units, and external stakeholders.Organize meetings, workshops, and review sessions, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.Monitor stakeholder action items and provide regular progress updates.Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.Support escalation management and issue tracking where required.Change Readiness & Business SupportAssist in change readiness planning and execution for business transformation or operational initiatives.Support development of communication materials, process documentation, and user guidance.Coordinate training schedules, readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities.Help identify change impacts, adoption risks, and operational dependencies.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities.Reporting & AdministrationProduce accurate management reports, dashboards, and status summaries.Maintain project and governance trackers with a high level of accuracy.Ensure document repositories and collaboration tools remain organized and up to date.Support program management activities and administrative coordination tasks.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Project Management, Finance, or related field.3+ years of experience in business coordination, governance, risk support, PMO, or change management roles.Strong documentation and organizational skills with attention to detail.Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).Preferred QualificationsExperience in risk management, compliance, governance, or audit-related environments.Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).Exposure to project management frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall.Experience with reporting and collaboration tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, Confluence, etc.).Understanding of operational risk, business continuity, or regulatory processes.Key SkillsStakeholder managementRisk documentation and trackingCoordination and follow-up managementChange readiness supportGovernance reportingMeeting facilitation and communicationProcess improvementTime management and multitaskingAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate and audit-ready documentation maintained consistently.Effective coordination across stakeholders with timely follow-up and communication.Smooth execution of governance and change readiness activities.High-quality reporting and visibility into risks, actions, and progress.Strong collaboration and operational support across business functions.Top of FormBottom of FormAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
