As a Line Cook working at our Naples Clubhouse, you ensure we are meeting our mission to provide our members with consistent, well-prepared, and diverse cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing all food items served to our members, carefully following recipe cards and production sheets in your preparation. As a Line Cook, you will work with a skilled Culinary team that ensures the preparation of high-quality meals and contributes to our member satisfaction. You will also assist with soup and salad preparations, and ensure that food is ready in a timely manner.

Job skills and requirements include diversified kitchen and hospitality industry experience, ability to work in shifts, in the daytime, exemplary technical skills related to the preparation, receiving, storage, and care of food, interest in ACF certification, positive and energetic attitude, ability to work autonomously, ability to pass a drug test, ability to meet physical requirements of the position, such as spending long periods of time on your feet, in hot conditions, and the ability to carry up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation.
