Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that are centered around patient needs.

• Engage in direct therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral techniques to help patients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, psychologists, primary care physicians, and school staff, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to each client's care.

• Regularly monitor patient progress toward treatment goals by tracking outcomes and adjusting interventions as necessary, employing both in-person and virtual methods of engagement.

• Support and oversee psychotropic medication management in collaboration with medical providers, ensuring adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating treatment effectiveness to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• The candidate must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
