Details Rehabilitation unit within a 95-licensed-bed hospital 10-bed unit with a 5:1 patient ratio Adult and geriatric patient population including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputation, and traumatic brain injury cases Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Every other weekend required (weekend nights are Friday/Saturday) Occasional floating to other med/surg units as needed No call requirements Uses Meditech EHR and Omnicell medication dispensing system Requirements Active WA or compact RN license required AHA certifications required Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required RN degree required CCRN certification preferred but not required Rehabilitation experience, including GG scoring documentation, preferred Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Provide direct patient care within a rehabilitation-focused Med/Surg unit Work collaboratively within a supportive, team-oriented environment Scrub color is flexible Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate First-time travelers may be considered American Traveler Job ID P-749810.
