Restaurant Operations & Training Lead - Flexible Schedule

StaffedUp

StaffedUp in the United States is seeking a restaurant team member to support the restaurant manager by overseeing training, onboarding, customer service and facility improvements. You will help ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.

This role requires leadership, the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You will also ensure safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory, and coordinate
