Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Therapy Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Lymphedema Facility: UW Health Swedish American Location: Rockford, IL Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation Discipline: Physical Therapist (PT) Position Highlights Outpatient Rehabilitation 13-Week Travel Contract Monday–Friday Schedule 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM No Weekends or Holidays Lymphedema-Focused Caseload Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with lymphedema and other outpatient orthopedic conditions. Provide manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team to optimize patient outcomes. Complete timely EMR documentation and progress reporting.
