Regional Director of Operations

As a Regional Director of Operations , you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facilities, leading by example with your exceptional leadership skills and commitment to excellence.

About the Role:

As a Regional Director of Operations at Lionstone Healthcare, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of talented professionals , providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the highest level of performance and patient satisfaction

  • Developing and implementing effective operational strategies , ensuring seamless coordination between departments and fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication

  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics , identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize efficiency and quality

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders , including healthcare providers, patients, and families

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements , maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare operations leadership role

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
