Blowing Rock Brewing Company is looking for a BOH Manager to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a positive and reliable leader with experience.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations and food quality
Scheduling
Managing inventory, orders, and food costs
Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
Fostering a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment
Maintaining effective communication among all staff to ensure enjoyable guest experiences
