Portfolio Associate

Our client is a multi-family office in NYC that manages a substantial amount of capital for a small number of families. They provide wide-ranging investment management and wealth management services to a sophisticated client base. They are seeking a Client Portfolio Associate based in NYC. The Associate will work closely with teammates in investment research, client management, and operations to help support and deliver a broad range of services to clients that are both investment management-related and wealth management-related. The Associate will also assist the client portfolio management team in interfacing directly with both clients and external advisors such as accountants, lawyers, and bankers. Responsibilities Support the client portfolio management team in providing integrated investment management and wealth planning advice Ongoing client relationship management, portfolio monitoring, and reporting Developing, implementing, and monitoring investment plans across portfolios and asset classes Preparing client presentation materials and correspondence Assisting with general client management for existing and potential new clients Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a record of academic achievement and test scores Previous experience in investment banking, or in an investment role is a plus but not required An interest in financial markets and investing is preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated self-starter comfortable working both collaboratively in small teams and independently while managing multiple projects under deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
