Director, Tax – Hybrid (Atlanta) $180K–$210K Bonus Leading PE-backed financial services platform hiring a Tax Director to lead UHNW client relationships and complex tax strategy work. What You’ll Do Lead tax strategy planning for high-net-worth clients Review/sign individual, trust, partnership & corporate returns Own client relationships and deliverables Partner across tax, accounting, and advisory teams Mentor staff and support growth Must Haves 10 years public accounting or family office / wealth / financial services tax experience Strong HNW / family office tax background (required) Experience reviewing/signing complex, multi-entity/multistate returns CPA required Client-facing; strong communication skills Track record of owning outcomes and driving results Experience in a fast-paced or PE-backed environment Nice to Have CFP or MST Experience with complex estates, trusts, and planning strategies Why Join Massive growth = real leadership upside Build influence vs. maintain Strong deal flow expanding client base Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
