Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of the House Staff to include Server, Bartender, Host, Busser to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a keen understanding of food safety, effective time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Process payments accurately through cashiering procedures, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout all stages of service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy shifts, particularly during banquets or catering events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing; familiarity with retail math is advantageous.
Knowledge of food handling practices and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
