Registered Nurse, ER (Sango), Full-time nights, Clarksville

Job Summary Responsible for planning, organizing, and administering patient care within the scope of the RN training and expertise, collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes, in accordance with hospital objectives, policies, and the Nurse Practice Act of Tennessee. Hours and Location Full‑time (36 hours per week), nights (6:45 p.m.–6:45 a.m.), at 1325 Highway 76, Clarksville, TN (Sango). Key Responsibilities Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum. Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient’s care and management to determine nursing diagnosis. Continually utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient progress toward goals and applies appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes. Employs strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment. Additional duties may be assigned. Technical Capabilities Nursing Patient Assessment & Evaluation Home Care (Novice) – proficient in assessing and evaluating patients in home settings, including primary care patient interviews, safety assessments, and comprehensive physical assessment. Nursing Patient Education (Novice) – offers basic patient education in moderate difficulty scenarios. Care Planning (Novice) – anticipates resource needs, sets priorities, schedules activities, and manages multiple assignments. Evidence‑Based Nutrition Practice (Novice) – searches for nutrition evidence to answer clinical questions. Position Qualifications Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) – current Tennessee licensure, other applicable licenses. Experience: Less than one year of nursing experience. Education: Graduate of an approved discipline‑specific program. Certification: Licensing compliance; other listed certifications as required.
