The Role Our Client Service Representatives are the first hello and the last goodbye - aka the heart of the front desk. As a CSR, you’ll juggle phones, emails, and scheduling with a smile, making sure every client (and their furry sidekick) feels welcomed and cared for. You’ll be the calm in a busy day, the problem solver when things get tricky, and the warm connection that turns a vet visit into a positive experience.
