Marketing/ Business Development Manager

Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus A leading hedge fund is seeking a Marketing & Business Development professional to help expand distribution of its newly launched ETF and bring the Hedge Fund to the platforms. This high-impact role will focus on building relationships with RIAs, financial advisors, and wealth management platforms to drive asset growth and enhance market visibility. What You’ll Do Develop and execute marketing and distribution strategies for the firm’s ETF. Build and manage relationships across the RIA and wealth management ecosystem. Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and thought leadership content. Partner with portfolio managers and senior leadership to align messaging with the firm’s investment strategy. Represent the firm at conferences, webinars, and industry events. Stay on top of ETF market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments. What We’re Looking For 5–10+ years in fundraising, marketing, or business development within asset management, hedge funds, or ETF issuers. Strong network within the RIA and financial advisor community. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex strategies. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ETF structures and investment management landscape. FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63) preferred but not required.
