Job Description

As a Building and Construction Estimator in Rochester you will should have:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accurate budgeting.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary project details.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Track and manage project costs to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market prices and trends in construction materials and labor.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project cost status.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and company policies.
