We're hiring Senior Associates, Associate Managers, and Managers based in San Francisco, CA who come from one of the Top 8 public accounting firms and are ready to pivot into challenging, project-based consulting work.This is an opportunity to move beyond routine audit cycles and into engagements that include IPO readiness, SEC reporting, M&A transactions, carve-outs, and technical accounting solutions—directly impacting C-suite decision-making. Each engagement is tailored to your strengths, giving you exposure across multiple industries and financial environments.Candidates must currently or previously be with one of the following Top 8 firms: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, or CBIZ/MHMIdeal Candidates Will Have:2+ years of public accounting experience, including at least one full busy season as a senior CPA or progression toward CPA strongly preferredA strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and FASB standardsExperience in financial reporting, technical accounting, audit readiness, or SEC complianceCorporate finance/accounting experience in large public companies is a plusAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)What You'll Do:Support and lead project-based consulting engagements at Fortune 1000 companiesEngage in IPO readiness, audit prep, M&A support, restatements, carve-outs, and moreContribute immediately to client-facing initiatives and financial strategyCollaborate with senior leaders at both the client and firm levelGain broad exposure across industries and accounting challengesTake ownership of your own growth path and career accelerationKey Attributes:Strong communication and client relationship-building skillsComfort operating independently in dynamic, changing environmentsHigh energy, self-starter mentality with a drive to add valueFlexible and adaptable across assignments, industries, and teamsA collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring, recruiting, or business development effortsA long-term mindset focused on professional growth and leadership opportunityWhy This Opportunity:This isn't just a role—it's a platform.
