If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.Follows up on documentation neededSet up policyholder review appointmentsFollows up on past due payments for customers with friendly remindersQualifications:Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Self motivated and can prioritize tasks to be completed in time blocks while managing incoming phone calls and walk in trafficOrganizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Compensation: $19.00 per hourAre You Driven & Ambitious?We attribute our success to having a fun, energetic environment that is an enjoyable place to work.
